Resting in the Shadow of the Cross

 Come and join us in the Kairos Coffee Lounge on Wednesday lunchtimes, 12noon – 1pm, from 22nd February (Ash Wednesday) to 4th April for a reflective journey through Lent.

We will meet for soup and fellowship at 12pm followed by a 30 minute themed service at 12.30pm. You are invited to journey together in companionship with each other and our Lord as we progress through each of the 7 services. Each week there will be prayers, a reading and a simple activity to help us to free ourselves from false idols, temptations and concerns in our lives in preparation for receiving the gift of grace given freely to each of us in the death of Jesus on the cross and his resurrection celebrated on Easter Day.

There will be a traditional, reflective Good Friday service, 2-3pm on Friday 6th April at the Kairos Centre.
