ROOM BOOKINGS
MAIN MEETING ROOM
Description: This is a large multi-function room. It is carpeted and has a range of dimmable lighting. Our business rate includes use of a projector and screen which can be connected up to a range of compatible technologies.
Bookings come complete with access to eight round tables (120cm diameter), six rectangular ‘buffet’ tables and 72 stackable chairs.
Location: The Meeting Room is situated on the first floor of the building. Access is via the lift or staircase in the foyer.
Room capacity: To comply with health and safety regulations, the maximum permitted numbers for a function in the Meeting Room are 70 seated in rows and 50 seated at round tables.

COFFEE LOUNGE
Description: The Coffee Lounge contains a mixture of leather tub-chairs with coffee tablesand bistro tables and chairs, all in oak/oak veneer. It has a wood-effect floor.
Location: The Coffee Lounge is situated on the ground floor at the front of the building.
Room capacity: The maximum permitted numbers for a function in the Coffee Lounge is 50 people standing or 24 seated.
The Coffee Shop area has a servery and full kitchen facilities
Great for social gatherings and smaller parties
SMALL MEETING ROOM
Description: The room contains three armchairs and a coffee table. However, these can be moved out and replaced with a round table with up to six chairs for meetings.
Location: The Small Meeting Room is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building. Access is via the coffee lounge.
Room capacity: Maximum six people.
The small meeting room at the Kairos Centre can be used for off-site meetings for up to six people
